Lyriko Smart Dashboard

Lyriko Smart Dashboard reshapes how pharma teams interact with data. Instead of reading static reports, users explore and question multiple data sources in natural language, turning analytics into real decision intelligence.

Key Features

Generative Dashboard

Conversational
Layer

AI-Driven Insights

Role-Based Personalization

Multi-Source
Data

How does it work?

  1. Import your data: pick datasets from your repository. Zero hallucinations, only your data is used.
  2. Define role & goal: auto-generate the best dashboard configuration, start from scratch, or select a ready-made configuration from the library.
  3. Customize your dashboard: choose, arrange and filter the charts you need, with a fully brandable layout, colors and language.
  4. Query your data: just ask in natural language and leverage advanced models for segmentation, forecasting, what-if scenarios and next best action.

Already have BI tools?

Smart Dashboard doesn’t replace your BI tools, it amplifies them.

BI tools are built once by IT, refreshed on schedule, and give everyone the same fixed view of “what happened.”

Smart Dashboard adds the layer on top: custom views built on demand for each role and goal, modified independently without a BI ticket, and pushed further into why it happened, what’s next, and what to do about it.

Expected Benefits

Get from data to decisions in minutes

Ask questions in natural language

Diagnostic, predictive & prescriptive insights

Give every role its own view

Collaborate freely with other team members

FAQs

A traditional BI tool gives everyone the same fixed view of the data, built once by IT and refreshed on a set schedule. Smart Dashboard amplifies that foundation rather than replacing it, adding a conversational layer so every pharma function (Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access) can build custom views for their own role and goal, modify them independently without an IT ticket, and move beyond “what happened” to “why it happened, what’s next, and what to do about it.”

No. Data access happens through natural language: you simply ask a question the way you would ask an internal analyst. No need to write queries, manage complex filters, or know how to use BI tools.

The system works exclusively on the data imported from your company repository (CRM, sales data, field data): zero hallucinations, no external or invented information ever enters the generated answers.

Smart Dashboard integrates multiple data sources via API or dataset: sales and field-force data, HCP data, CRM data, and, where needed, third-party data enrichment sources (e.g. transactional data, business data, industry prices) to enrich the analysis with external market information.

During setup, you define role and goal: the system automatically generates the best-fitting dashboard configuration, or you can start from scratch, or pick a ready-made configuration from the use-case library. For example, a Sales Manager can monitor the team’s field activity and forecast quarter-end results; a Marketing Manager can segment HCPs and define the right message, channel, and budget for promotional campaigns.

Smart Dashboard covers the full spectrum: diagnostic (why it happened), predictive (what will happen, forecasting), and prescriptive (what to do, next best action), plus segmentation and what-if simulations, for example to assess cash-flow scenarios or the impact of a campaign.

Yes. Each function personalizes its own views independently: choose, arrange, and filter the charts you need, or generate new ones, with a fully brandable layout, colors, and language, no BI ticket required.

Yes, dashboards can be saved, downloaded, and shared with other team members, supporting periodic reviews (e.g. sales reviews, brand committees) and cross-functional collaboration.

It’s designed to be cross-functional: CEO/Country Manager, Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, and Financial Controller can each have their own view of the same data, with different KPIs and questions based on their goal: from sales forecasting to churn prevention, from web trends to scenario simulation.
